and place handle.exe in C:\Windows\System32

In safe mode type following command in cmd.exe

handle -a >%userprofile%\Desktop\handle.txt

On your desktop appear handle.txt -.this file also attache to post

Nop same problem, my only suggestion is for someone to download the app i want to install and try it out on a WIN7 x32 system if it works then is my windows if not then is WIN7

I'm wondering...Have you really replaced msvcrt.dll file? I tested on all my virtual machines and I can't replace this file in safe mode too.It is only possible by using Win7 installation disk or any liveCD i.e any linux.Please burn any livecd linux i.e Ubuntu Ubuntu Home Page | Ubuntu burn,boot it and do required operation.

I have not been able to replace it in safe mode or admin mode nothing .DLL is lways in use by another file system ok ill try that one.

Flavius have you tried to install the APP in your VM Machines?
