Probably the internal builds they're working on to debug before releasing the "real" RC1 to the public and this is the ULEA that will be in the public release. The builds 7068 and 7077 have the same EULA. Don't want to say anything stupid, but I think either build 7048 or 7057 had something like RC.99 written. I could be wrong as I don't remember for these builds and I don't have either builds anymore to check. Maybe if somebody who still uses the build 7048 or 7057, or has one of these builds around on his HDD can check. the EULA is in <CDROM/ISO/EXTRACTED FILES>:\sources\license\en-us\_default\ultimate
taken from the build 7077 EULA
EULAID:Win7_RC.1_Ult_NRL_en-US

7048 reads...
EULAID:Win7_B.1_PRO_NRL_en-US
7057 reads...
Win7_RC.1_Ult_NRL_en-US
This screenshot is from softpedia-screenshot taken with the help of MSVPC...Same string at the end of EULA..as we never read EULA...may be we never notice it!I have not installed any previous ver of win7 other than 7068...does RC1 appeared on other versions including ver 7000?
rc1 first showed up in build 7057...
as i stated above
