    Sorry Ramoine, I'm out of ideas , I think you may have go for a clean install or wait for the next leak to see if you have better luck.

    How far did you get with the last install?

    That all seems strange....I ran mine as an update from 7068 x32 to 7077 x32 and it worked like a charm....took around 1.5 hrs but most of that was Files, settings, programs transfer, which I would have done anyway after a clean install.

    It all went the same way , got to the part of starting devices and services .
    I'll just wait for the next release and try that one .

    I did the same thing on a laptop with the x32 and had no problems . Just having some kind of issue with the x64 version .

    Maybe you could do a repair install of 7068 again to make sure there are no bugs stopping the upgrade and if you have any Virus software or things like that, maybe try uninstalling them too before trying to upgrade.

    I finally just said what the heck and did a clean install and all is going gr8 right now .

    I installed newsleecher, but can't start the programm. Message is access not allowed for a certain file.
    How can i solve this?

    You could try finding the file that cant be accessed and turning off security for it.
    im not sure but maybe taking ownership of it might help.
    Just a guess. I have NL4b3 running on all my W7 builds without any problems
