widows 7 Black screen when started

I have a windows 7 and every time I turn it on it goes to a black screen. I then have to hit control alt & delete then go to Start Task Manager then right click on Explorer.exe then End Proccess then to File New Task (Run...) and where it says Open I type Explorer.exe and then Ok and then every thing works. How do I make it to where when the computer comes on its normal? I'm trying to use a belkin wifi USB Adapter and I believe because of this problem it's not working.

I have a similar issue with the monitor going black right after the starting windows screen. I have to turn the monitor off/on several times to get the system running correctly. My monitor goes into power saving mode when Window7 shuts down, but is still on. Is this similar to your issue? I'll try your method tomorrow morning after my system has been down for 6 - 8 hours. If I shut down and restart from an active session, everything boots fine. If it's been down for a long time I have the problem.

The Computer is infected with Malwares.

    Reboot in safe mode.
:- Go to Programms and features and uninstall anything suspecious, search for wse_taplika, Wse_binkiland.
:- Ran Malwarebytes, hitman Pro and superantispyware (free versions)
:- Remove unwanted entries from startup Items, Run>>MSconfig>> Startup Items
:- Open Task Scheduler (wont work in safe mode) and delete all the entries.
Reset IE and Chrome and whatever browsers you have.
