    K i am running the test now. If I find problems should I just do a system restore?

    That would be the next thing I would try.

    I have a suggestion try to disable the Disable Clear Virtual Memory Paging File at Shutdown follow this tutorial Virtual Memory Paging File - Clear at Shutdown - Vista Forums also enable the Virtual Memory Virtual Memory Paging File - Change - Vista Forums

    BareFoot, the scan found some corrupt files, but it said some of them couldnt be fixed.
    Then it said Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
    and the the system file repair changes will take effect after the ext reboot.

    Should i just reboot then do a system restore?

    You should first determine what the problems are. For data reduction of the CBS.log, run this command:
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log

    I'd reboot and spend some time to see if there's any difference before I did the system restore; if you do the restore be sure to use a restore point dated BEFORE the issues started.
