Ayushx,
Since this was recent, you might be able to do undo this by doing a system restore using a restore point dated before you unticked everything in the Security tab.

thanks , but i tried it alraedy,
its did't worked for me...............
please tell me , so that i can recover my drives......
i have soem very important things in those drives......
If you want to recover the files from those drives, boot using a Linux Live CD (preferably Ubuntu), and then you can access the drives in Linux (It doesn't care about Windows permissions).
Backup the data and do a clean reinstall of 7.
And next time, Don't mess with the permissions :)
ok, i'll try this one,
but if u come across with some way, in which i need not to do the reinstall then please let me know.....
Ayushx,
Did you try doing a system restore at boot using your Windows 7 installation disc instead of trying to do a system restore while logged in Windows 7?
ok, i'll try that also, from boot menu.......
i'll reply after 15-20 minutes.......
thanks....
repairing from boot did't get me any new results,
everything is same as before........
should i contact Microsoft authorities..........
please advise....
ok so did you remove all checks on the "C:" or on subfolders under the root of c:?
