Windows 7: Why can't I rename or move the folder in Win7?

Because the problem happened when I was moving 3 folders into one folder. Two moved successfully, while on failed. After that, I can never move any folders again.
It may be that when you attempted to move those 3 folders into one, something got screwed up on the file system. Running CHKDSK may solve this:
  1. Click the Start Orb
  2. Type "CMD" into the search box (without quotes), then press <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<DELETE> to open an elevated command prompt
  3. Type "CHKDSK c: /F /R /X" (without quotes) and press <ENTER>
  4. Close the command prompt and reboot the computer

I tried yesterday, but I failed again. Maybe I have to reinstall the system.

I've updated my windows 7 yesterday (April 28, 2010) with the latest Windows 7 updates. I'm not so sure if that updates causes this to happen but yeah... Whenever I try to rename a folder, it prompts that box. "Could not find this item. This is no longer located in C:\Users\My_User\Desktop....
