    If u know answer only reply the post. i am doing a project for a client P.O.S for Hotel industry. so user can not change the system properties .When my application closed i ll enable start menu n etc...

    hmmm. I removes start Orb using startkiller app. when i clicked mouse on task bar in the place of start Orb then menu ll open.

    I got help from this forum.
    I am successfully changing the registry .I changed access control of registry ...

    It Ok. I have 3 functionalities for same registry dear. thats y i changed the Query to.. I ll not repeat it next time... Thanks for Suggestion.

    Well, there may be many reasons..I suggest you to enable the Administrator Account(AA), it is closed default. Or use a PE system to edit this. Normally there's no authority problems under a PE environment. About the AA, right click on "My computer",management,local users and groups,then you can see an Administrator on the right side.Cancel the "banned" option.Restart you computer, login using the AA, edit the item in REGEDIT.
