.Re Q#2... for long time I skiped install ANY drivers or software provided for ANY wireless mouse/keyboard since I hate obtrusive staff which these "installation CD's" obviously are. I'm always good with any windows legacy "Plug $ Play" drivers. Always works good for me. Is Windows 7 so precious it needs these drivers?
what? how are they obtrusive? whats obtrusive about them working properly?

but personally id check logitech for the latest drivers: Logitech

failing that check windows update, then come back and see if youv still got the same response
    Thanks Martin.
Your link is useless for me because we live on different continent. It doesnt matter. You try help I appreceate. Just for your info "we can skip troubleshoting mouse/keyboard". Just if you can let me know if is possible momentary see "whats going on in background" which aplication is running? Please. TIA
Do you have access to a Logitech website at all? That is the best place to find current drivers compatible with Windows Seven.

Right down the road. It is 72 F today and the sun is shining after two days of hard rain.

It's also possible another program running in the background could be causeing the prob
This is likely the problem. It is my understanding that all USB-related inputs are handled by the CPU. Conversely, PS2 is handled at the interrupt-level of the CPU.
