You could also try adjusting the clear type text. It might not help but it couldn't hurt.

Win 7 Professional

Hello did you find a solution to your problem PODxt? I am experiencing the same problem. On the same computer on Win XP I can work for 10 hours with no problem but when I am on Win 7 my eyes become sore. What is the problem I do not know.

If you tried the program mentioned in the old posts above and it did not improve things for you, perhaps starting a fresh post elsewhere will get someone who can help.
