brady - Thanks, SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked, TLS 1.0 is not checked. This is the only TLS option.

Ok, first ty SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 on your 7 box. The xp virtual box can be working due to a couple things. IE6 by default and different settings... AND I don't believe your virtual box inherits the antivirus or firewall software you may have running on your host. Can you disable those and try again?

Update - I tried using Mozilla Fire Fox and initially I recieved a security warning that the sites identity could not be verified. I assume this could be causing an error with me viewing the website. Beyond adding this site to "trusted sites", what can I do to acknowledge and override the security certificate issue?

It might be an idea to tell us the url so others can see if they have issues, which might lead to someone helping you to resolve it. :)

He said it's his work's website, so apparently, I think it only works on their local network if I assume.

So they might actually need to speak to the administrator then.

If the warning is simply stating it's a non verified site or that there's a certificate error, just keep passing through it. Those "warnings" shouldn't be preventing you from accessing the site at all, it's just going to "recommend" you 'not' passing through.
