    When I first started using Windows 7 I was very discouraged but as I became more familiar with this OS I am enjoying it a lot more. After finding this forum I am a lot more comfortable with Windows 7.

    Almost any installation issue has Google results leading to the Install forum here, often the top choice.

    Sometimes issues are so fresh that the only Google result leads back to the very thread we are helping in at the moment.

    I read your steps to get system info, but I cannot find UserCP (Command prompt?). I checked in control panel, user accounts but find no UserCP. I then did a search for command prompt and I got the black screen. My question is how do I find UserCP
