subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=Administrators=f /grant=System=f /grant=Users=r /setowner=Administrators
But for some reason, it doesn't work for 45276 keys. I get Done: 181349, Modified: 136076, Failed: 45276.
Here is a script you can try. Again you MUST be logged on as the Hidden Administrator for this to work.
UnZip the file into a folder you have access to D:\Downloads or something. Then open a Command Prompt and change to the folder where you UnZipped the files, and run the RestHKCR.cmd.

To Enable the Hidden Built-In Administrator Account -
A) In the elevated command prompt, type
net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter.

@gouletjo that is correct. Then type net user administrator pa$$word to set a password (you may pick one you like). Then log off as Jon and log on as Administrator with your password. Then run the patches above.
It's done. It works and It doesn't. I still have the same problem with my itms protocol and I can't access those registry keys because I don't have any permission in my jon account.

Did you try this one:
secedit /configure /CFG %SystemRoot%\inf\defltbase.inf /DB defltbase.sdb /verbose /areas REGKEYS
It will set all the Registry Keys to default as when Windows was first installed??
If it passes without error and you are still having a problem then it most likely is not with the Registry.
Note: This is also listed on many web sites to fix the original problem with installing Office.
No I haven't will I lost all my other registry keys. will I have to reinstalled everything
