Where do I find "services" menu in START menu?

In good ol' WinXP there was a menu in START menu

Programs->Administrative Tools->Services

Where do I find the corresponding entry in Win7 ?

I found neither an "Administrative Tools" nor an "services" entry

Windows 7 Home Premium x64

It's in the control panel in Windows 7.

Services - Start or Disable

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

Or you could just type services.msc into the search box and press enter.
