    Restarting does not fix.

    How about changing the theme? Or changing the theme to Basic?

    The old school retro themes, "high contrast" etc have buttons!

    Transparency on/off makes no difference in the other themes though. Selected all of them with no luck. I'll modify a high contrast theme as nicely as I can until there's a solution I guess..

    OH MY GOD. Going from high contrast back to defualt themes fixes it!!

    Probably was. And it could have something to do with video card drivers...
