Some interesting info from W7's license

Check out your \Windows\System32\en-US\Licenses folder for some info..

    like:
    Code:
    b.	Time-Sensitive Software. The software will stop running on August 1, 2009. You may not receive any other notice. You may not be able to access data used with the software when it stops running.
    	c.	Term. The term of this agreement will expire on August 1, 2009. You have the right to use the software under the license terms of this agreement during this period. If you do not have a product key, you may need to reinstall the software every 30 days.

    5.	ACTIVATION. Activation associates the use of the software with a specific device. During activation, the software will send information about the software and the device to Microsoft. This information includes the version, language and product key of the software, the Internet protocol address of the device, and information derived from the hardware configuration of the device.

    8.	PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE. This software is a pre-release version. It may not work the way a final version of the software will. We may change it for the final, commercial version. We also may _not_ release a commercial version.

Interesting, although isn't this the case with all previous beta releases, I thought it was standard practise for beta software.
