You're welcome. I hope this helps you
I just have a few questions....
Are you re-installing from an image you had previously made?
or.... Are you re-installing from a recovery partition on your hard drive?

I just have a few questions....

I am going to press F11 when boot up and recover into a system image by factory settings, or could i just recover into my external hard disk's backup?
If you re-install from the system image.. You will probably need to update a few drivers....but Windows should take care of most of them from Windows Updates. All of your files and documents will get erased.
But after that i can just use my external hard drive back up to restore into the laptop?
Yes.... If you made a successful backup, you will be able to restore it back to your PC.
Right now my laptop is working fine but i need to play it safe because of what the CBS said to me. Errors that could not be fixed. i will just keep my backup safe as i don't want to lose my 4gb of school resources which i need. In any case of breakdown, i have 5 years of covered warranty . Thank you so much sir, by any chance could you PM me your msn or aim ? you're a great help and cleared my doubts. you can find me at aim name:imazachary.
Have you restored your "services" back to default settings for now ?
I'm glad we were able to help you. If you ever needed to contact me, just message me through the web site.
Yes, i have restored it using the patch. the registries entries were re-keyed back already.
thanks i will add you as a friend on this website.
Oh yeah, should i boot into safe mode and try this command prompt which showed i had errors again?
sfc /scannow
It's really up to you. You wouldn't hurt anything by doing so.
