Random Files on secondary disk?

Hi all, new here to the Win7 forums. So i hope this is the right section to post in.

I have had some random folder on my secondary hard drive with a really crazy name.

The folder has a lock on it, but i can click to get inside it. This folder is named "07c8bbebe7e2eb7483086bc62e2d2527" But once inside the folder, it has two more folders with locks on them. One folder is named "amd64" and the other is "i386" and i could not open these two folders, until i changed the settings in the security tab to make me the owner of them.

Here are some screenies...

This is the main folder.

This is whats inside the folder.

These are the files inside the folders...they are identical

I cannot delete any of the folders, it says i need permission to do this action. Idk why i wouldn't have permission on my own computer...i am set to the administrator.

So, what is this folder? it has been bothering me for a while!

Thanks all

Welcome to the Forum,
From what I could find on the web that may be left from an update, If you run disk cleanup and reboot, see if they are gone after that.

Sounds like a "temp" folder created by something you installed that never got deleted...

I used to have some folders like that but I don't know how I got rid of them.
You could try CCleaner, Sorry that's all I got. Somebody else might have more info for you.
