i had this error once, sad to say i couldn't find any other solutions other than repair install.
I setup windows7 with new version, and the error is disappear. Thank everybody!

If you're really running RC (build 7100), then your computer will shut down every 2 hours. Read this.
It's time to upgrade from the Windows 7 Release Candidate
So switch to RTM otherwise the hibernate button problem will start looking very trivial.
i have the same problem everybody. im using windows 7 on acer 5738z and i have installed all my latest drivers.plz help tnks.
my windows is ultimate and build 7600.
