Change printers spooler folder

I want change printers spooler folder from c:\windows\.... to f:\ (this is a ramdisk).

When I change it in Printer sever properties menu in printer set up menu, I was told that "Unable to save server setting. Access is denied".

What should I do change it?

I have only one local printer installed with TCP/IP port

Thank you for any comments.
