Task Manager has no menu bar?

Task Manager no longer has a menu bar at the top of the dialog box, and only shows open programs in the window? If a process is causing a problem I have no way to see it or discontinue it - Help Appreciated, IM

    Corrupted files.

Try this In search type cmd, do not hit enter>right click run as administrator. In cmd type sfc /scannow

But first try a double right and or left click on the portion that is seen. You can also use the click on the process to stop it, if this cannot be corrected.

That would've been easier than finding the tutorial that say's that. Thanks
