Windows 7 Works fine except for Right clicking

That is not clean...you have extensions installed, WinRAR, PowerISO, AVG....etc.

if you have already had viruses on there, you need to

1) reinstall windows, i suspect this is the aftermath of one of the attacks, once infected it really is best to just go nuclear
2) get rid of AVG and get MSE + Malwarebytes, much better (if you want free that is
3) stop going to those dodgy sites where your picking them up, or you'll just open yourself up to problems every couple of weeks

it might, but problem is, you dont know what that virus is hit, how many times it has copied itself, etc. etc. by all means give it a try, but don't be suprised if you see it come back

do yourself a favour, back everything up you dont want to lose (AFTER scanning it with something like Malwarebytes to make sure you don't get the problem back again), and reinstall Windows, once you have it set up how you want it, programs installed etc, make a system image, and then you'll need never reinstall again

you can spend all day fiddling and trying to fix it, or you can just start from scratch in less than an hour, its up to you :)

If you have a virus, what you'll want to do is download Malwarebytes to do a full scan. This is used for post-infection, after the virus has breached your security. If you see that you've been locked out of various parts of your computer, such as the command prompt, or features have been broken, download SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware! and use it's repair feature to re-enable them.

Once you've installed them, disconnect your computer from the internet so that the virus cannot download more information to spread and scan with Malwarebytes'. Also take the time to make sure that your A/V is up to date.

Alternatively, if you just want to add or remove those items from the right-click (context) menu, use either of these freeware tools:

ContextEdit is a good freeware you may want to use. You can also try ShellMenuView. It is a small utility that display the list of static menu items that appeared in the context menu when you right-click a file/folder on Windows Explorer, and allows you to easily disable unwanted menu items.
