    No you can upgrade from 7000 also check here.

    Yes we know that one, but if you read the first post, I said that you can upgrade v7077 to 7100 without editing the .ini file.

    I'm thinking that may be the case because the cversion.ini in 7100 shows:
    MinClient=7077.0
    MinServer=7000.0

    7100 RC will allow upgrade from 7077 only-7100x86_cversion.jpg

    Maybe 7077 is/was the Escrow Build??

    yes noticed this one before installing. I think it does prove that 7077 was firstvon the RC tree rather than the rest being Beta's.
