yes, wont be good if I wont boot next time I will turn pc on. So, are this system files or files from some application? Any way to trace?
Those files seem to be Trouble Report / memory dump files.
Are you getting problems reported (or in Event Viewer)?
hmm, i had problems with electricity week ago... and i there are lots of kernel-power errors

I would move them to a temp dir in the root so you can find them easily in case you need to boot a CD and repair. Move and reboot.
WinDirStat is way cool, thanks. My WinDir is 13G, not sure why it is that big, running 64 Pro.
Hmm, the size of my C:\Windows is 17 GB, this is Ultimate, but the size of C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles is 0 (0 files, two folders). I would agree with Duke - move them and try to reboot.
In fact, I googled (and binged) the filenames that your earlier post showed - the only reference found was this very thread.

I deleted them and all ok now. Thank you all for help :)
Thanks for this information!
My ServiceProfiles folder was 46GB, quite a lot on a 128GB SSD :-/
EDIT:
Ok, this is a problem. I deleted the files, and now the size of the folder is constantly growing while I'm using the computer.
VR777, have you got the same problem?

hmm, yeah... i observed constant grow... Have your computer turned off incorrectly recently? (home power off or it froze and you had to press reset button)
