Can't delete folder :| W7 HE x64

I have this rather stupid problem - I can't delete folder on my C disk. I've created it to stuff some video lessons, then later when I tried to move them there were messages about not being able to delete some subfolders. So in the end an empty folder with several empty subfolders inside it just sits in my C disk and every time I try to delete it I'm getting a message "You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this folder" and when I press "Continue" I get yet another message "You need permission to perform this action. You require permission from computer's administrator to make changes to this folder". I am my computers god damn administrator so why won't it let me to delete the folder? Any ideas anyone?

Unfortunately this did not help. I can add some more info. When I go into that malicious folder and I try to go into one of it's subloders I get a message "C:\Learning videos\FolderName is not accessible. Access is denied" and no claiming of ownership helps. Is that a W7 bug or something? This is probably most ridiculous problem I confront in my 15 years as a windows user.

Weird, but not unheard of esp. when at C:

halfway down page. v 1.8.9

security app may see it as threat so watch out for that. make sure it's enabled at startup (assistant)

it may need to work at startup.

link removed... but does it really require some third party surgical intervention and hacks to fix such a problem? This is really confusing, I wouldn't believe such a problem can exist untill I saw it with my own eyes

What is it? Is it an application? What is it called? All I know is "halfway down page. v 1.8.9" not even the name of the page
