Partition up the hard drive

    To move a partition, you will need to use a third-party program such as Partition Wizard. Right-click on the partition you want to move, and select Move/Resize. Then drag the partition to where you want.

    Now, a disk can only have 4 Primary partitions. An extended partition counts as a Primary partition, but can have unlimited logical drives inside of it.

    If you wanted to have 6 partitions on a drive, you could have 3 Primary partitions, and for your 4th one, create an extended partition. Inside of that, create 2 more logical drives.
