    Windows 7 Admin Lock out

My daughter is running windows 7 home, she put computer in hibernate like normal. When she went to restart her computer it went to setting up computer for first time screen. After this she could not find any of her files. She turned it off, when I turned it back on it went to log in screen with message of administrator locked out. I tried to have computer start to last known good configuration and it went into set up for time again. Still can not find her files.

    1) Is it possible that this wiped all of her files out?

    2) If not how can I get them back for her?

Please help dad with upset daughter.

    Thanks,

    You can try this
Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download
    http://diskdigger.org/

Try these in the order given

I know how bad you and your daughter feel, I hope this works.

They may have been deleted. Those links have worked so many times.

Try this go to help and suport, type back up and restore.. That is suppose to return documents from an earlier time.
If you have problems with the directions just post. I am with you and hope for the best.

Did she boot off the Windows 7 Install DVD by mistake? Possibly re-installing Windows 7? Or the hidden recovery partition? That is what it sounds like, especially with the machine starting just like the first time.
