Just to confirm, the nature of electronics is that running them for years leads to degradation and deterioration of components, mostly due to heat. One day they are fine, the next you start seeing occasional problems, then the thing just dies. If you are running things past their spec, the heat is much worse and the components will burn out much quicker.
Combine the OC with running a game that really pushes the system (as Dragon Age apparently does) and you have the proper recipe for a fried computer. With any luck it is only the PSU. In fact, it is typically the GPU that goes first.
