    Anyone knows if the "take ownership" works with the RC?

    Yes it does, and there was a patch for the 32 bit RC related to permissions in the system drive.

    Take ownership works on both 32 bit and 64 bit, i just thought i would mention the update for RC 32 bit just in case.

    Then it must have been the BFHeroes that did the problem but solved now.

    For Files:

    takeown /f file_name /d y
    icacls file_name /grant administrators:F


    For Folders or Directories (will perform action recursively):


    takeown /f directory_name /r /d y
    icacls directory_name /grant administrators:F /t
