    Start up message...


    Whenever i turn my computer i get this at start up

    Try a system restore to get to a point before the troubles, if you can't get into Windows.

    If you can get into Windows, check in the startup tab in msconfig. See if you can identify the program, or post a screenshot and we'll take a look.

    I'd say uncheck Rainmeter and Groove Monitor, and see what happens. If it works, enable one of them, and see if you can figure out which program it is.

    Hmm... try a selective startup.

    If that doesn't work, try scanning for malware using Malwarebytes.

    I did malware bytes bu nothing found. Then i disabled all services and startup programs and the message didnt show up but i dont know which service to disable there is so many.

    Disable half of your non-MS services, and see if the error persists. If it doesn't, disable half of the ones you disabled, until you pin it down to the process.

    If you want, we can save you some time. Post a screenshot of your Services tab, and I can tell you some that are very unlikely to cause that error.

    OK this is giving me a problem.
    I right clicked on the thumbnail and found out the location.
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe

    You may try running a system files check. Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.


    If not, a system restore or repair install will almost surely fix it.
