I found it and it is working. Thanks for all the help, guys. I have the free version of Partition Wzard, so I guess there is not quick way of merging these two paritions. It will take some time to move 200GB without a Quick merge.

Strange, Partition wizard shows the unallocated space to be Logical.
Normally it would need to be converted to Primary to add to C: which is primary, but it seems Disk Mgmt was able to extend C: anyway.
Ouch! I had this all written out for you until I read you had already extended C. Here goes again:
IF you are already resizing or extending C: DO NOT INTERRUPT it as it will brick your Win7.
You likely need to create a Partition there to convert it to Primary. So boot Partition Wizard CD, rightclick unallocated space and Create New partition there, try to create a Primary one but take whatever it gives you for the whole space, click OK.
Then once you get a partition created there, rightclick>Modify>Convert to Primary, OK.
Now you can rightclick>Delete the new Primary partition you created and modified, OK.
Now rightclick C>Resize>drag right grey border all the way over unallocated space to include in C:, OK. Apply all steps.
You really need to do this with PW CD if you do the Resize step because by not having to restart, it reduces the failure possibility to almost zero. Any partition manager besides Disk Mgmt can fail during resizing, but we haven't had it happen here yet helping with hundreds of operations using Partiton Wizard bootable CD.
The resizer in Partition Wizard is a very cool slider bar on both sides which will allow you to slide the partition either direction where there is unallocated space. In your case, you would grab the right-hand slider bar with your mouse and drag it over the unallocated space so that it takes it all up.
Once you do this, click OK and Apply, it will extend the C; partition over into that space but since there isn't any data to be copied, the risk is minute.
Hi kittyhawk63
I would not change D:\ Because it is factory made to restore your computer if some thing goes wrong
with windows it is where the factory image is stored !
Good Luck
Got it. Thanks. Your username reminds me of a friend I had back in college. His name was Greg Crocker. He worked as an acrobat skier for Marine World in the S.F. Bay Area back in the 70s.
Here is a screen capture of Windows Partition Wizard...not of course the CD version. I think the slider appears at the bottom. This is version 5 of Parition Wizard.

I'm finished buring the islo and am off to boot into Partition Wizard. Will post back when finished.
I booted into Partition Wizard and followed gregrocker's directions and everything went like a cool breeze along a Hawaiian beach. Thanks Greg.

I have the same problem but my partition says FREE SPACE instead of UNALLOCATED.. I can't clic on extend C:
I was using this 10 Gb partition for ubuntu but I just deleted it, after that I had some boot problems that I have already solved (just like the creator of the thread) and before I installed the ubuntu into this partition I had the option to extend C:
Here is a picture of my disk manager:
