hmm.. but when i check the box that says "always show the menu bar" it still has that blue highlight on the word... not the rectangle?

Any way to delete the bar below the menu bar in Windows Explorer?
Hi, I'm trying to find a way to delete the bar with the buttons, "Organize", "Include in Library", "Share with", etc. in Windows Explorer when a folder is opened in Windows 7. I never use the buttons on this bar and it's just taking up screen space. Thanks.

i cant get rid of the menu bar in windows explorer, as you can see in the image below i have unticked the menu bar but nothing happens, even when restarted, ticked then unticked but its still there... help please.
