I hope you can !
Sufficient ram, mobo supports vista, so no problem
But dont opt for a version higher than home premium, Coz that may have pressuer on your ram.

You didn't give the most important piece of info...memory. Run the Upgrade Advisor to be sure, and then pick the version that fits your needs and budget.

Holy cow.....
i have a almost same pc but "slower intel 1.4Ghz" and 1.25GBm ...80GB HDD ..
It's running Wds 7 Ultimate fine ....
The only thing is ..do not expect your pc to run Wds aero ...glass....transp...or any kind ..
I'm pretty happy with it ..."Don't care much for Wds aero" .
(BTW ..as I posted on other one .. that I let wds7 picks out all the drivers that need to run my laptop ...like Dvd ...sound ..wireless ..etc...NOT even one from Hp )

Yes, I agree about running the Upgrade Advisor. It will scan your system and let you know if you need to make any changes before moving to Windows 7. Also, if you have questions about certain devices or programs working with Windows 7, consult with the Windows 7 Compatibility Center - Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs and Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, and Downloads.

Hope you enjoy Windows 7!

Cheers,
