    System account

i am running win7 64bit on 1 hdd windows vista on the 2.nd and using 3.rd as storage,
vista was causing troubles so i decided to remove it completely i went to the system management (My computer - Manage - Disk Management while on win7 Administrative account) i clicked Acer (D:) and did Format, i got a window saying something and then another saying that Everything would be deleted i clicked OK then it started some formatting procedure, suddenly i see a window saying i could not delete ******File requires SYSTEM privilages, now i can't get into vista (get alot of errors) and i don't know how to access SYSTEM account trough win7 (on XP it was easy) and when i go to permission section of the files i can't change ADMINISTRATOR to owner

    can anyone help me?

In that case, download Partition Wizard and burn it to a DVD. It should do the job.
