Please say whether or not you have tried the solution offered in post No 4. Also what does "belikexp," mean?

except windows repair, I have to do that later

Try this. Repair Install
I've done this twice and it repairs your install without reinstalling your apps.
be like xp - I wanted Win 7 to be like xp.
