.NET Framework 3.0 Installation error?

You will also find there .Net Framework 3.5.1.

thank you for help got game to work GTA 4 unplayable for me but thnx for help.

Sorry but .net framework 3.0 only works in windows XP SP2. It will not work on Windows 7.
