    BOOTMGR Is Missing

Windows 7 Will not boot.Gives me a message saying BOOTMGR Is missing.
It wasn't an upgrade or anything.I'd just finished working and shut down the laptop,2 hours later when i tried switching it on,this message flashes up.
I have 7 ultimate on my C Drive. There're 3 other drives..No other OS is installed on the system.
I do not have a recovery Disk, nor the installation disk. The repair menu can't come up as it doesn't boot in the first place.
Do i have to get the repair disk form someplace,or can I get the missing file(s)from the net standalone and use it to boot up?
    Please advise.Thank you.

i encounter this (bootmgr is missing) and find two options which is to reinstall windows or intall linux ubuntu in this way ubuntu creates a boot manager that detects your windows sytem and then you can boot back to windows.
