Win 7 home premium 32 bit
is there a way to lock or hide open docs or programs

like IE8, firefox, Word, Excel, Acrobat Pro, etc so that nobody can see the open documents in these programs, while doing other computer related stuff???????????

Windows XP - Now Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Interesting question; certainly nothing within Windows 7 itself but maybe a third-party add-on. Would seem difficult though as u don't simply wish to lock the machine ....

hide the sleep and lock button in the start menu?
Hi, I'm doing a library kiosk and I would like to hide the sleep and lock button. Is there a reg file or anyway to go about doing it? All I am able to find is to disable it and it will be greyed out but I do not want it to be in the start menu at all. Please help. TAN JIAN HUI

How to hide my lock screen ?
Hi all, :D I would like to hide my lock screen with a black screen (locked session screen) And be able to enter my password with a hotkey or something similar ... How can I do that ? Thanks :):)
Open programs hide behind task bar only last few days/week
Win 7 Ultra 64 since when first came out and only recently and seems randomly open programs icons "hide" behind taskbar and only on primary monitor (have 4 - 24" ). I have read old reports of taskbar blocking desktop etc but not exactly the same. (some back a few years) and tried killing...

hide the hidden programs from desktop in open menu?
you know when you launch the open menu to upload or something and you select the desktop, it has all this crap at the top (Libraries Homegroup, user folder, eta) which you have disabled on the true desktop making uou have to scroll down to select the one thing that actually *IS* on the desktop?...
