Thank you sir ... what about if first need to remove/delete up everything and then will decide to install 7 or XP ?

Do any software or manual way to remove/delete and ensure system is empty 100% from old O/S and other DATA/files e.t.s ?

    Appreciate your help

I use partition wizard to delete all data. Boot from a OS installer. YMMV.
BEST FREE Partition Manager Software for Windows supports all 32-bit & 64 bit Windows No-server OS.

Yes I believe you will. If you have a bootable cd such as a windows 7 install dvd

You need the Partition Wizard bootable CD, choose Wipe Disk and apply as many sets of zeroes as you can stand - each set will take about an hour on average size HD.

You can do the same thing by booting your Win7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD, clicking through to Recovery Tools list to open a Command Line, type:

    DISKPART
    LIST DISK
SELECT DISK # (for Windows 7 disk)
clean all (applies one set of zeroes, takes awhile - to do it quicker remove "all")
    create partition primary
    select partition 1
    assign letter=c:
    active
    format
    exit

You are now ready to Custom clean install without needing to format first.
