DELL Media Direct

Good day all,
Having problem after installed windows Vista in my PC

Couldn't install Media Direct DELL 1420 again .. always given error

It seems there are other way to install again in PC

If someone have any idea pls help

Thanks ...
Media direct has to be installed before the OS in its own partition. If you have the software we can walk you through it

Dear Ken,
I was able to install Media Direct and then the Winodws O/S as per above ...

I really thank you very much for the advice ,,, it was really nice to know that Media Direct software require first to install and before the O/S
