    Error Applying Permissions

Hey . I am new in this forum and not so expert in computer.

i was trying to use some protection for my drives then i disabled all the permission for SYSTEM from the properties of my G drive. Now i can't open the drive whenever i am trying to allow all the permission for SYSTEM it's giving me an error it says ' An error occurred while applying security information to : G:\ Access Denied ' i can't even open the drive from windows XP . What Can i do now ? by the way i did that from Windows 7.

sorry about my English as English is not my language.

Do you have a system restore point before the date you messed up the permissions? If so do a system restore. Read this tutorial and please post if you need help.
