    Much appreciated. Would someone tell me how to "rep" someone, please? I don't have the greatest eyesight these days and if there's a rep button, I'm not seeing it. (It's probably right in front of my nose.)

    It's already been pointed out, but this post will tell you how to rep, along with other information.

    Reputation and Badges [2]

    Only forums that won't have a rep scale are the Chillout and News Forums. Also any post over 28 days old won't have the option to rep on anymore.

    I thought it was always (+) or (-) no matter what theme you are in.

    How do you get it to appear?
