Only forums that won't have a rep scale are the Chillout and News Forums. Also any post over 28 days old won't have the option to rep on anymore.

Where did the little sun and the cloud logo come from to show when people are online?

I thought it was always (+) or (-) no matter what theme you are in.

How do you get it to appear?
