windows 7 build 7260

I have windows 7 build 7260
when i open GOMPLAYER to watch an Avi file and use an Arabic subtitle. i get weird charaters. i tried opening the srt file in notepad to see how they look. they look like the weird stuff i get in the subtitles. I got a program that modifies arabic subtitles which change the writing from left to right to right to left which arabic is writen from right to left i can see the subtitles in arabic but never on GOMPLAYER.

If anybody seen this problem and can help. it will be really cool.
