Depends on what you ordered. The Retail package will come with both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of Windows 7 to install, but you will only have one product key. This key can only be used to activate one of these installed versions and not both installed at the same time.

In a 32bit windows install DVD, there wont be a 64bit version
In a 64bit windows install DVD, there could be a 32bit version as well

The discs are always separate, assuming they were purchased from a legit channel.

It depends on what you bought, as mentioned above. If it was the full retail version, you will get both. If it was an Upgrade or OEM version, you'll get the platform you ordered. It should be very clear in the product description.

Yep, quickly check your confirmation and make sure it is either a full retail version (since it comes with the option of 32-bit or 64-bit), or a version that is specifically a 64-bit installation disk. Since you just made this post 8 hours ago, a quick phone call to whomever you ordered it from will most likely allow you to change it before your Windows 7 ships :)
