    Help!'These files can't be opened'

    Hi,everyone:
My os is windows7 evaluation copy build 7100.Yesterday, I installed the Deepfreeze 6.61 on my computer. At first, everything works well, but questions came at my second reboot.Driver C is not accessible.
When I doubleclick the shortcuts on my desktop ,the corresponding programs doesn't run.It says'These files can't be opened'.But some of them can be run from the start menu. And the kaspersky,Deepfreeze didn't start when windows boot, their icons didn't show on the notification area.Maybe the problem is Deepfreeze.I want to uninstall it,but I can't call it out by the hot key Shift+Alt+Ctrl+F6.Worse still, most of the system programs such as task manager are not working.
Somebody help me please, thank you very much.

Have you tried booting into safe mode? Usually you can do this by pressing F8 during boot up and a black and white menu will appear, you can now choose SAFE MODE. Once you get to your desktop try uninstall the software as usual. Then reboot.

    thanks ilesal
Of course,I have tried. In safe mode, driver c can be accessible, and the system programs running normally. But my problem remains unsolved.Deepfreeze is still working in safe mode,I don't know how to uninstall it.When windows start normally ,everything on driver c remain the same even if you delte anything, all files are protected by deepfreeze.Maybe I have to format driver c and reinstall my system.

Okay, if you can not uninstall it in safe mode and the deepfreeze web site/ forum can not help I have another suggestion you may be able to try. Create a new user account, make sure it's an admin account. Move everything over and delete the old account? May be less radical than format? Hope you can resolve your issue.
