    Everytime i click something tiny dots come around it...

    and i have my pc set as adjust for the best performance

    the only solution i know is when the tiny dots around icon by removing "focus rectangle"

    Remove the "Focus Rectangle" from Icons

tiny dots over icons

I'm attaching a screenshot of my problem. I read something somewhere about how to delete it, but at that particular moment i didn't have any problems with them, now they are on all my icons, so how do i delete it?
I bought a FlashVoyager 16GBGT in September for use with my XP pro machine and all was fine. I have now upgraded to Windows 7 Pro 32-bit and I can no longer use the flash drive.
