    I do not have a service or running program called Windows User Access Controler (or Controller) on my Win 7 Pro system. A Google search does not turn up anything for it either. Is that the exact spelling?

    That thing , Windows User Access Controller , is a system process.

    Weird thing is, "Controler" is the correct spelling on my PC.
