Windows 7: What happened to Win32.exe

What happened to Win32.exe

I did a search for win32.exe and it wasn't found. The reason I did a search is because I opened an elevated commnd prompt once and I recollect that the path had win32 in it insted of C:\users\William\.
Please advise.

OOPS!!! I think it might have been system32 not win32. I can find that file. Anyway how do I get an elevated command that uses system32?

Hey Guys, I Have A Little Problem About 1 week ago that mine antivirus dedects alot of viruses its type is win32:jeefo than i started full scan and almost all of mine files are infected and for full Strong scan it will take 9hours. Is There Any other way to kill that virus from spreading more?
