I've Googled this problem but am getting conflicting views on how to solve this problem. I bought a laptop in Paraguay, with Windows 7 Pro pre-installed. I thought this would be handy and it was cheap as chips so bought it. Little did I know changing the language from Spanish to English...
I am about to receive a new PC that will have a Spanish version Win 7 Home Premium.
If I install that version and then buy an English version Ultimate Upgrade will that install and change the language to English?
Or would I have to buy the Spanish upgrade and then get the language packs?
