Problem accessing boot screen after upgrade

I have the RC up and running on my laptop. I ran into the same issue. After the first start up, every time the log in screen starts I lose keyboard functionality. I use the onscreen keyboard to log in and the keyboard goes back to working as usual.

UPDATE:
I tried to remedy the keyboard issue by updating the drivers via the properties menu. When Windows said that the drivers are up to date, I restarted my computer and there were no keyboard problems. I guess it just needed to be reminded that there is actually a keyboard there.
